I just wanted to drop you guys a line and thank you for the professionalism we received at your dealership. Your service department is top notch! Unfortunately, we did not purchase our Party Barge from Norris Marine but wish that we did. Two months after buying our boat from one of your competitors we needed service. The dealer we bought from told us to make an appointment because they were three weeks out. We called Norris Marine and you advised to get it in quickly before the weekend. Just a short letter to let you know what a pleasant experience we had at Norris Marine. We found you to be the most knowledgeable about Sun Tracker pontoons, more than any other dealership we had been to. Recently we had the pleasure of buying our new Crownline 21SS boat from Norris Marine. From the time we met Gene during our early visits to discuss our purchase to Mike in Service who handled our boat introduction when we took possession, we were treated like Royalty. We wanted to send this letter & thank everyone in your company for making our purchase very enjoyable even though we had some questions early on. We have used our new boat 14 times since Memorial Day and have many memories and many new friends because of this boat. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed working with everyone. I wanted you to know how impressed I am with your dealership and all your staff. While I only purchased a small Bass Tracker, your staff treated me as though I was your only customer purchasing a million dollar yacht. My salesman, Tyler, took the time to show me this and other boats. He answered all my questions... and never pressured me. Prior to my coming in to pick up my boat I had the occasion to talk over the phone with your Parts Dept. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. When the other dealers didn't have the boat I wanted in stock, they tried to sell us one from a brochure. Your selection proved to be the best. You guys had the boat I wanted and saved me over $3000. Our salesman (Tyler) setup the boat with a stainless Ski Prop just like we wanted and then went so far as to deliver the boat up to Lake Skiatook and made sure we were comfortable before he turned it over. Heather and I Shopped for some time for a tournament series wakeboard boat for an affordable price. After an exhausting search, we came to Norris Marine and saw the Moomba V-Drives, which saved us thousands. We now have the boat of our dreams and plenty of cash left over. We knew we wanted a new boat, but were skeptical about taking on another payment. The Norris "Special Order Program" saved us at least $2000 and your financing department arranged an incredible financing package at a local bank. This made our payment more than affordable. For the longest time I wanted to try Tournament Bass Fishing. Over the years, I saved up enough to get the boat I wanted. When I finally decided, I spoke with one of your Pro Staff members about my hopes and he took time out of his own schedule to go over the tricks of the trade. I bought a beautiful Bayliner Ciera Cruiser in 1997. I have found Norris Marine most responsive to my various service needs. The personnel are great to work with as they make and sustain a personal relationship with you. They also have the technical knowledge and skills needed to service my boat. I purchased my boat from Norris Marine in 1991. From the first day the guys really went out of their way to make my boating fun and relaxing. Over the years, their friendly sales and service departments have treated me like family. Their service department is top notch and always performs my annual maintenance. I know that when I need service it's done professionally and properly. If your Service Department wasn't as good as it is, I'd probably be forced to buy a new boat by now. Thanks for everything.
